Shipping Policy – Within India

1) Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after
successful payment confirmation. Shipment tracking details will be shared once the order is handed
over to our courier partner.
2) Shipping Charges
- South India: ₹60
- Rest of India: ₹80
- Lakshadweep & Andaman–Nicobar Islands: ₹150
Shipping charges are subject to change. The final applicable fee will be displayed at checkout and
will be considered final for the order.
3) Placing Orders
Orders can be placed directly through our website or by contacting us via phone or WhatsApp using
the details provided below.
4) Estimated Delivery Time After Dispatch
- Metro and major cities: Approximately 2–5 working days
- Remote or extended service areas: Approximately 5–7 working days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, or
other operational disruptions. While we assist with tracking and updates, delays caused by courier
partners are beyond our control.
5) Tracking and Delivery
- Please monitor your shipment using the tracking details shared after dispatch.
- Ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel.
- For offices, hostels, hotels, or gated communities, please coordinate with the reception or
designated collection point in advance.
6) Missed or Failed Deliveries
- Courier partners may attempt delivery up to 1–3 times and may not always call before arrival.
- If delivery attempts fail, the parcel may be held at the nearest courier hub. You may need to
contact the courier directly to arrange re-delivery. - If an order is returned to us due to non-availability, refusal, or incorrect address, additional
re-shipping charges will apply for re-dispatch.
7) Accurate Address Information
Please ensure that you provide complete and accurate delivery details, including house number,
street, locality, correct pincode, and state. Incomplete or incorrect addresses may result in delays,
failed delivery, or return to origin.
8) Returns Due to Non-Delivery
If a shipment is returned to us because it could not be delivered, standard shipping or re-shipping
charges will apply to resend the order.
9) Delivery on a Specific Date
If you require delivery on or after a specific date, please mention your request in the order notes
at checkout. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests, subject to courier
partner capabilities.
