1) Return Request Window
You may request a return within 3 days from the date your order is delivered.
We do not offer product exchanges. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Unboxing Video Required: For any claim related to damaged or defective products,
please record a clear, continuous, and unedited video from opening the sealed package until the
issue is clearly visible. This video is mandatory for return or refund approval.
2) Eligibility for Returns
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with labels intact.
- Opened, used, or partially used products are not eligible for return.
- Products damaged due to improper storage, handling, or use after delivery are not eligible.
- Certain agricultural inputs or consumable products may be non-returnable once opened for
safety and quality reasons.
3) Refund Method
Approved returns will be refunded as TOFCO store credit, which can be used for future
purchases and does not have an expiry date. Cash or bank refunds are not provided.
- Reverse pick-up fee: A reverse logistics charge may be deducted if we arrange
return collection. - Damaged or defective on arrival: Once verified using the unboxing video,
full store credit will be issued without any deduction.
4) How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please contact us within 3 days of delivery:
- Provide your order ID, reason for return, supporting photos, and the unboxing video (if applicable).
- Once eligibility is confirmed, we will arrange a reverse pick-up where serviceable, or guide
you on safe return shipping.
5) Replacements
For verified damaged or defective products, we may offer:
- A replacement product (subject to availability), or
- Store credit equivalent to the product value.
Approved replacements are generally dispatched within 7–10 working days.
6) Order Cancellations
Order cancellations are not supported once an order has been placed.
Please review product details, quantities, and delivery information carefully before confirming
your order.
7) Important Notes
- Return timelines and reverse pick-up availability depend on your location and courier serviceability.
- If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address, delivery refusal, or unavailability
at the time of delivery, re-shipping charges may apply.
